If I was going against Bogan, Munns & Munns I probably would feel quite intimidated. Even for a consultation was over 75% answered with questions, which made me feel like I was playing handball against the curb.
If there’s not enough blood in the water for this company, at least provide some type of resources. As a homeless veteran, I expected more than a shuffle off to Buffalo.

This firm is a joke. I just called requesting a free consultation for my auto accident. Their receptionist told me they would only speak to me if I retained them. I had questions regarding the process and how they help clients. You missed out on a client because you refused to listen.

I called initially, explained my situation, and they made me feel like they were so sorry I was experiencing what I have and I had a case. Then I didn’t get a call back as promised, so I reached out today. I told them my name and they said they would transfer me, but they hung up and never called back. Guess my case wasn’t important or they didn’t want my business? Not sure what’s going on there but I’ll be calling elsewhere.

Said they would not take my case. Said it was not that I didn't have a case, rather they don't want my case. In my opinion, they didn't feel like they could get enough money (millions) to make it worth it to them. My sister been in court with them 6 yrs. Nothing yet.
