I am still going through the process and they have been very understandable and supportive of my personal situation and delays completing their suggested tasks to make up my case. I have felt supported and referred to the right providers in order to resolved my issue in a productive manner.

From the first point of contact Kelly at the front desk was amazingly helpful and compassionate! Then I met Mr. Galione. He was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning to the end of my case, they were constantly on top of things. Not once did I have to call to get updates. Every piece of the case was handled within the appropriate time. Mr. Galione had no problem taking time to explain issues I didn't understand. I never felt rushed or as if I was annoying anyone on their staff. If I called, my call was returned promptly.
