Bad experience with this attorney. Hired this attorney back in 2012 for modification of custody. After three years, the attorney asked for more money even though nothing new had been accomplished in two years. Attorney ended up withdrawing from my case after I refused to give more money. Would never recommend this attorney. Please educate yourself on attorney's before hiring this man.

I had an appointment on Wednesday in Kissimmee at 430 went there and I was called and told they no longer work out of the office and the lawyer was in court in Tampa but they would call me back on Thursday and there it is Monday and I left a lot of messages and still nothing at all very mad and disopointed

Lack of professionalism from staff. We waited for almost a month to receive our contract ( ee called the office few time to let the know) and we never got it.Sean seems to be a good lawyer but to bad we never received our contract to do business.

Not a good attorney! Will make you pay all this great amount of money to end up removing himself from the case! Doesn't care about the client personally just after the money. Hands down not a good attorney to go to!

Have a Florida Bar Complaint substantiated against this attorney due to his awful representation of me. Unless you enjoy losing just about everything you worked for on a case, avoid this disaster waiting to happen. Absolutely ruined all work on my case. The FL Bar confirmed Sean Smallwood's work from my 2016 court case to be poor and penalized him for it. Avoid this attorney as he will ruin your efforts.

Extremely Satisfied Client. Sean represented my husband in his child support case. He was our first choice and we knew after hiring him and spending time with him he would be the best in our situation. From the minute you enter his offices in downtown Orlando till you enter the court room you feel a very relaxing and very comfortable atmosphere. Sean really took his time in explaining everything and making sure we understood all aspects of the case and how it was going and what could happen and what could not happen. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our case and lets just say : YAY!!!! Sean is an incredible attorney and a great person. He has a family sense of doing things, a brilliant mind and a great sense of humor.
