Hi. I would like you all to know that Attorney Hernan had my son careless driving ticket dismissed. How can a police department give you a ticket for damaging your own property. I could see if it was someone else's property that was damaged. Police are idiots, however the attorney got the ticket dismissed. This is the second time I have retained this law firm to dismiss citations and their success rate has been excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who receives a ticket from the police.

Mr. J. Scott Herman Esquire helped me with a hunting violation in 2012. I had gotten a ticket from a game warden in Melbourne Florida. The ticket was due to my shotgun being able to carry more than three shotgun shells. A plug is inserted into a shotgun to abide by the hunting regulations. My plug was too short. I had only the allowable three shotgun shells in my firearm. This ticket was for hundreds of dollars even though I was not carrying more than the allowable number of shells in my firearm. Mr. J. Scott Herman Esquire spoke on my behalf with the prosecutor in that jurisdiction. He used common sense and diligently followed up. He ensured that there was a better resolution than the extremely hefty fine that I was ticketed for.
