“I have been in communication with Christopher Bertels and it's been really frustrating experience. Ether he is pretending not understanding obvious reality facts that I am nicely explaining or he was very aggressive and disrespectful for no reason even telling me that I am not showing much interest in resolving a case while he ignored my emails for 3 years.”
