I believe his marketing statements of Professional and Easy to Communicate with is just a plot to get your money. Thats all he spoke about was cost when he did listen for the 2:32 prior to hanging up in my face. He has no compassion or care about potential clients needs nor does he reflect any professionalism. If I could rate any lower I would X 10. He made me regret trusting in his deceiving marketing statement but then again it could be a direct reflection of his work. Deceiving! It goes to show that he will quit and bail on you as a client if theres something he doesnt like and only cares about how many billable hours he can collect. Understand Im not asking for a charity case even nor did I come to you asking for Pro Bono work. So you definitely didnt have to mention on the first conversation that you would NOT be Discounting your Rate. I told you as an upfront client "former potential." That my only income was Disability and that my goal and objective is in the Best Interest of my Children. NOT, that I wouldnt exhaust all means to make sure that goal was successful. This feedback is only to inform future potential clients of the possibility that if it is something you dont agree upon you may or may not Disconnect the call without a courtesy, thank you for considering me or here is a referral for another attorney or organization that may suit your needs. I really hope you dont walk out on the judge just because you sense you are about to lose the case. But if you do im sure the Judge would have the courtesy and professionalism to still send you out with a Have a Nice Day Joe. Have a Nice Day Joe!
