Our Roofing Company worked with Payne Law to get us a settlement from our homeowners insurance company to have our entire roof replaced. Payne Law kept us informed throughout the entire process and was very easy and convenient to work with. Would recommend them to anyone whose claim has been rejected by their insurance company.

Craig Rolle was persistent and was able to get a reasonable sum for the damage I had from Hurricane Ian almost 2 1/2 years ago. He contacted me out of the blue to do a follow up regarding my claim. Unfortunately my experience with this law firm was not great, even though they came recommended from a coworker. I was looking for legal representation against my insurance company because they do not want to pay the totality of the cost of repairs of my property after hurricane Ian (2022) damage. They were kind at first. They asked me to put together a summary of all communication between the insurance company and myself, and I provided that promptly. I heard nothing for 5 weeks, then they said that the case wasn’t within their scope without so much as a phone call to explain why they don’t want to take it. They say they were kind and provided two other options to find attorneys, but the reality is they made me waste 5 weeks of time and provided no valuable feedback. They didn’t say whether they didn’t take the case because it had no merit, or whether because it was not profitable enough for them. I guess there’s some liability they’re trying to protect by giving me a blank wall instead of real help. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this law office.

I worked with Atty Craig Rolle on a fight against Universal Property and Casualty Insurance Company. Although my case was an obvious total loss (the property burned to the ground), the insurance company was irrational. Craig was experienced working with this insurance agency and prepped me well for the journey ahead. He was considerate and at no time did I have a doubt that he was not generally interested in getting me to the best conclusion possible, above and beyond it being a win for him and his firm. In addition, their team was considerate, they have a well-oiled customer service protocol. Even though I was across the country, I felt tuned in and valued the whole way through. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

I recently filled an appearance on behalf of a new client and made an overture to attorney Payne to simply discuss amicably and in good faith a pending motion he had filed and, without knowing me, below was his gentlemanly response which speaks for itself. I am no mental health practitioner, but my best guess and bet is that he was severe anger issues. I think bully attorneys should be kept in check and accountable, if not off the streets.
