I like what I hear about my attorney ryan rudd, it speak volumes when others are saying really strong and meaningful things that they care about and towards ryan rudd, that's all I need to feel in good hands.

I was hit from behind by a truck at an intersection in 2015! I hired Ryan Rudd & his team Ady & Carly. This was the best decision I have ever made. I did not care for Attorney's but Ryan has renewed my faith that there are great attorneys out there. I am still in litigation but Ryan and his team consistently keep me informed and are on top of everything. You can expect a response from Ryan and his team within a day. Ryan genuinely cares about his clients. I was so impressed when I relocated to NV and called a meeting with Ryan. He walked in with a huge folder and knew every bit of my case. He follows through and truly fights for you. The thing that is most important is he has been doing this for a long time and knows everyone & is extremely knowledgable! Extremely important. Ryan did a really good job with my case and was great with communicating every step of the way

Came to this office looking for help with paying medical bills for an accident. This by far has been the best experience I have had, especially with this being my first time. Everything was handled in a professional, and kind manner where I did not need to worry about a thing except keeping up with treatment. Everyone in the office treats you in such a warm and kind manner making it easier to deal with important matters. In March 2016 I was rear ended by a person who was found to be DUI while I was stopped in traffic. This was also my second rear-end accident, the first occurred two years prior to this one. I also received injuries in that accident so I hired an attorney. The attorney I hired was one of the local popular attorneys that does a lot of commercials stating how much they care about and help people; boy was that a mistake. Needless to say I was not happy with their services and vowed to never use them again. The attorney who was assigned to my case was passive and I feel that they really did not fight for me. Now that I was injured again I knew that I would diffidently need a good attorney. I looked on Avvo and I was impressed by the comments that other clients had made about the Payas law firm. I filled out the online questionnaire and within the hour someone called me and asked if I could come in on that day. I went to the office and met Armando Payas and he immediately showed concern about me and my injuries which made me feel that I was in good hands. My case was assigned to Ryan Rudd who I met within the next day or so. Ryan was compassionate, showed that he was truly concerned and assisted me with the information, guidance and representation that I needed. It turned out that the other driver had limited insurance so I had to rely on my uninsured insurance through my insurance company. Ryan's paralegal Camille was also very courteous and kept me informed on the status of my case on a regular basis. When my insurance company appeared to be stalling and making claims that my new injuries were the same as my previous injuries Ryan persevered and stayed the course, not accepting what they initially offered. Ryan also kept me informed of my options and gave me advice on how I should proceed with my case. Ryan was not intimidated by the big named insurance company. Armando Payas and Ryan both gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me that I could call them anytime that I had a questions or concerns. That is first class personal service! I truly hope that I am never involved in another car accident, however if I am I know who I am going to call. My experience with the Payas law firm and Ryan has truly given me renewed confidence and faith in attorneys.

I am still in the middle of litigation, but what I can tell you is that regardless of the outcome - I am extremely happy with Mr. Rudd, Betsy, and Elizabeth, and have been since day one. The staff at Payas & Payas have been outstanding from the first call. I filled out an online inquiry before firing my other firm, and Mr. Payas contacted me at 7:30 at night from his home to make sure I was okay, and to get the initial information. I was referred to Ryan and of course researched his experience, and education online. I haven't looked back since. I initially hired a huge law firm, but didn't want to be treated like a case number so I fired them, and hired Payas & Payas.
