We would give Mr. Hornsby 6 stars if we could! A young family member was arrested while vacationing in Florida. We selected Mr. Hornsby to defend him based on the reviews that were posted by other clients as we were not in Florida when he was arrested and charged. Mr. Hornsby walked us through the process including how to arrange bail by "long distance". The person was released and returned home. Mr. Hornsby worked diligently on our case especially after the charges were upgraded from a misdemeanor to a felony. Mr. Hornsby got all the charges dismissed completely without having to return to Florida. He is now working to get the charges expunged so our family member will not have a criminal record of any type. Words cannot express how satisfied we are with the outcome... and it is due solely to Mr. Hornsby's hard work and dedication to the situation our family faced. Without him we believe our family member would have had more than just a blemish on his record...it would have been life changing for a recent college graduate. We cannot thank Mr. Hornsby enough for his expertise and judgement in how our case was handled. Outstanding job!

To say Richard Hornsby is the best is a big understatement. First of all and perhaps as important as any other aspect, he really put me at ease about something that by definition was making me feel uneasy. No one knows for sure what’s going to happen sometimes, and Mr Hornsby explained what the best possible outcome could look like and that’s exactly where we ended up. The day of court, I could tell that my attorney somehow “outranked” everyone else in the room. It was as though he had complete command of the proceedings and priority when it came time to be heard, the judge knows and respects him and other favorable “intangibles” that are hard to explain. It was just a general sense of knowing you had the right guy on your side. We got exactly the outcome we had hoped for, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not to mention he is really a great person and really cares about the issues you’re facing. Although I hope I don’t need his help in the future, things happen, and it’s good to know Richard Hornsby is there for us all!
