I hired Mr. Hornsby during a very stressful situation. In the beginning, he looked strict over the phone and intimidated me. He is a very objective person and talks to you about the situation as truthfully as possible. I had a criminal charge that he was able to drop to a civil charge. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Richard did a big job when he took on my case, with all the issues that were in it, in which created obstacles for him to manuaver around. he did manage to get everything down to just probatoin, in which was looking impossible at first. he earned his money on this case that's for sure.

Mr. Hornsby is great at what he does. I was able to have my suspension set aside because of his excellent work. Even after the original ruling were not in my favor, he still followed up ending in me regaining my driving privileges. Very rude lawyer. I call to get a free consultation..and I guess I'm not talking fast enough because he tells me to hurry and explain myself. No big deal. But when someone is stressed out and dont know where to start I expect a friendly welcome. A comforting welcome. Not to make me feel more overwhelmed. And I notice allot of these lawyers doing that. "Just get on with what your going to ask" just cost you a client and a bad review. SMDH.
