I personally retained Mr. Hornsby's services for Criminal defense. The level of professionalism and legal knowledge he brings to your case sets him apart from the rest, in my experience. I saw this throughout my case when dealing with the State Attorney and the judge. I highly recommend Mr. Hornsby, if you're looking for a Criminal defense lawyer.

With the help of Mr. Hornsby my case came to resolution. He gave me good advice as well as kept me on track when I was falling off track.

I retained Mr. Hornsby for my son who was onthe verge of being charged with auto vandelism. He took the appropriate steps to make sure my son did not do anything that would hurt his case in the future. He was able to get the case from being charged against my son and worked with the "victim" to settle without prosecution. It's official, I just received the letter. Case Dismissed! I retained Mr. Hornsby because he is the only lawyer who gave me any hope of a dismissal. I'm a real life person, and got arrested for F3 and a M1 in Orange county. I called Richard after bailing out. He was the best. I never had to appear in court, he took care of everything.
