Richard and his team were responsive, took my concerns very seriously, and sternly professional beyond measure from the first phone call.

I’m going to keep this as brief as possible, Mr. Hornsby has an outstanding reputation as it is, and it goes without saying. He is professional and straight forward, he diligently worked my case and was able to get the best possible outcome we could hope for. Everyone I had talked with before retaining him said he was the best, I even had a bondsman say he was “God-like”, and from this experience, I’d say he held up to his reputation. The guy is an absolute A hole on the phone, but I genuinely think you should hire him because no one is ever going to want to argue with someone that condescending. Lawyers need to be curt, knowledgable, and assertive. I wish he could have represented my friend but such is life sometimes. He pointed me in the right direction and I really think he would do a great job representing you if it works out. I have nothing but great things to say about him.
