Christian Waugh, Esq. and Mary Norberg, Esq. had the opportunity to represent the defense of their client, Indie Guns, LLC in a case presented by the state of New York and presented a motion to withdraw their council. This decision was made on the basis of “failure to follow legal advice” which included pressure to unconstitutionally turn over customer records to the state. This information was not subpoenaed, but would have absolved the proceedings. These two lawyers would rather not fulfill their duties to their clients in an effort to take the easy way out. This is a strong indication that they value money over justice. If you are a business that is looking for legal council, do not support lawyers that will recommend that you violate the constitutional rights of your customers instead of fighting for your defense and the protection of your customers.
