I was referred to Michael Damaso by another attorney about 5 years ago after a serious car accident. The other driver had virtually no insurance, I had minimum coverage. Despite what ended up as a minimal claim, he spent as much time on my case to do everything that was absolutely possible. Fast forward 5 years he has now represented me a total of 3 times, with 2 accidents ending with back surgery. I have never been treated with such respect and care by an attorney and his team. Michael made sure to keep me informed and answered all my questions to where I truly understood. When things boiled down, Michael fought hard to get the best outcome for me. Mr. Damaso is an outstanding attorney, who goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only was he very professional while handling my case, he's also extremely caring. Besides handling my case, he went the extra mile to help me with a couple other matters. One had to be handled by another attorney, who Mr. Damaso helped orchestrate, but also kept in contact with me to make sure I was doing ok and to see if I needed anything at all.
