I have used Biff to review contracts and assist in negotiations. Biff has also assisted in dissolving a business relationship for me as well. He is always available to discuss the issues at hand and replies to my inquiries in a timely manner so I can move on to the next project.. He is great to work with and takes the stress out of working with an attorney.
