Brian Helped me through a very difficult transaction with a buyout from the company I helped build and grow. He rode out my anxiety about being bought out of the company I had invested 22 years into . The other side was not easy to deal with and Brian knew exactly when to apply pressure and when to let things ride. He also took my calls in a very timely manner and had really good advice. I will not ever go through a corporate or employment deal again without Brian's involvement. HIs advice was calm, logical and always in my best interest. I thank him for being a rock in a storm and getting me whole. I cannot recommend Brian and his firm enough.

Brian Walsh of Walsh Banks Law handled a real estate closing via their title company. Brian never received a proper payoff for the mortgage on the property. He proceeded to close the sale without receiving a payoff. My client who paid cash for the real estate had a 1.5 miilion dollar lien on the property from the previous owner. Brian notified us about 6 weeks after closing and said to tell us. He never responded why he closed and recorded transaction without a payoff from the bank. Its 4 months later and the lien is still there. I do not recommended him to anybody

Brian Walsh was an amazing asset to have on our side as our franchise agreement expired and we transitioned the location to a different tenant. We still had a second franchise location the franchisor was trying to use against us to keep us from converting the first property to something else. Brian ensured a smooth closing and that our rights were preserved and protected. Over a year later and Brian came to our rescue a 2nd time when we were ready to sell our 2nd location. It was a much more straightforward and 'simple' transaction which proved to be anything but at the 11th hour. Brian swooped in and saved the day. My only regret was not bringing him in sooner.
