I had an excellent experience working with Mr Amin Yacoub. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answer all my questions, and ensure I understood every step.

After three months of searching for a good attorney and office and talking with dear Amin Yacoub, I signed the contract with Bogin Munns and Munns office for an NIW Green card petition, Amin's expertise and experience are beyond the word, he carefully collected documents for 3 months and I got approval for I40 smoothly. The office and all of their team are wonderful and supportive. I am fully satisfied with their job, especially Amin, an immigration attorney, and I highly recommend working with them. I did not know them, but now I am one of their recommenders to my friends.

I had them do my bankruptcy, from day one, I was very satisfied. They are very professional and helpful. They answer your calls, always have an answer for you. Will use them again and will refer to friends and families.

No lie this might be the worst communicating law firm in history. Most of these reviews are definitely just people that were asked to leave a good review to make them look good. Olga is the worst case manager. She doesn’t update you on anything. You will be lucky to get her otp 10 times if you called 100times. I have a really simple car accident case that they are currently not doing anything on. Get out of this industry if you don’t take pride in your work! Olga is lazy and this firm is trash! Please take my word for it!!

Unfortunately, I have had bad experiences; after several emails and calls, it seems completely impossible to get an appointment for a consultation! I completely understand if there is no capacity to accept new clients, but I believe that at the very least, there could be a response to emails saying, "We are sorry, we have no available capacity. Thank you for your inquiry."

This is my first time in a car accident and dealing with an office as well. Steven B has been PHENOMENAL in helping me get everything straightened out and any questions I’ve had (which are a lot). I definitely would recommend anyone to them. :) Thank you, Steven!
