Mr. Ramirez was a life saver for me, literally. His help support and guidance gave me a chance to find solutions to all my problems. Our family had a flood in our home that caused significant damage. Homeowner's insurance ruled it an act of God and excluded coverage. The city's water dept. was to pick up the tab and denied the claim 3 times even after proof of negligence. We were finally able to settle with the insurance company, but they wanted to reduce the claim payout so that damages wouldn't entirely be covered. Mr. Ramirez did an excellent job getting us over the final hurdle and settling our claim. He was knowledgeable in the negotiations with the insurance company, efficient, easily reachable by email, text and phone and overall, extremely relatable to deal with (approachable, friendly, fair, empathetic). With minimal direction, our case was resolved to our satisfaction in a relatively short period of time. Mr. Ramirez worked within our budget and resolved the case quickly. After 4 months of having our home owner insurance send out various adjustors/contractors to have a look at our roof, they sent us a letter with a check for $91.00 (less $500 deductible) to repair 4 shingles. Like many other homes in our neighborhood which recently got new roofs, our 10 year old roof sustained significant hail and wind damage from several storms in the summer of 2015. In an effort 'not to get shafted' by our insurance company, we hired Chris, who immediately provided a roofing contractor to prove the extent of our damage. In a few short weeks, we went into mitigation and came out with $28,000 from our home owner insurance for a brand new roof. The new roof has now been installed, looks beautiful and of course we feel much more secure. This was the first time that we've ever pursued any case with a lawyer, but now certainly not the last. Chris and his firm made it happen for us. He can certainly do the same for you in any case he takes on.

Mr. Ramirez was very professional and prompt. He returned text messages or phone calls quickly and answered all of my questions directly. He was very honest and upfront throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Mr. Ramirez made sure to inform me whenever there were updates with my case or how it was coming along, he made sure to not keep me in the dark so I would not worry about specifics.
