Can be slow to take action or file necessary motions on a client's behalf
“In the end this attorney wanted all if his money before actually doing the work on my case. He "represented" me for 9 months and in those 9 months he never filed a motion to suppress evidence which should have been done a month or so after receiving discovery from the State.”
