I was assured by Mr. Mandell that my son’s case was straightforward and would be handled with ease. After paying over thousands communication became sparse. Mr. Mandell would often avoid my calls and provide minimal updates on the case. Poor Communication**: His office manager, Sammy, was consistently unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out for information. Lack of Representation**: I was referred to two other attorneys, Aaron and Asaud, without a clear explanation. It felt as if my son’s case was being handed off without proper oversight. On the day of court, Mr. Mandell pressured us into signing a plea deal that I believe was unfavorable, especially considering I have seen more competent representation from others, such as Kendall Ali. I believe Mr. Mandell’s actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity. I feel he prioritized financial gain over my son’s best interests. Bottom line they are liars some waste your money. And please don't come on here saying we aren't clients of yours because I will put proof up here with your name on it Rob! Sincerely,

Aloha All! I just wanted to share my experience with The Law Office of Paulette Hamilton. I only have one child and this was obviously my first ever time needing a lawyer and dealing with a custody issue. I was scared and I tried to call a lot of different places as I am located in Hawaii but my case was filed in Florida. Paulette's office is the only office that got back to me. They spoke with me over the phone about my case and within 24 hours, Paulette was on a facetime call with me from her own home outside of her office hours. She let me explain my case and gave me honest feedback and said she could take it. Within just 2 days of my ex filing his papers, I had my lawyers secured and they were already starting things for me so I didn't have to worry. My first attorney that I worked with was Danielle and she was very kind and helpful and honest. Danielle was fortunate to be able to move on to other law steps in her career and I was really worried about the transition to another attorney, however, Kaylun Bryant has made my transition and experience better than one could ever hope for in this type of battle. Kaylun took the time to catch himself up FIRST and learning my case before speaking with me. He then took only one phone call to ask the questions he had and make sure we were on the same page. His paralegal Brittney Baboolal has been the most communicative person I have ever met in my whole life! She was very quick with responses needing immediate attention and also always responded to let me know that my messages were received, even if she didn't have a response for them yet. She followed up with me multiple times throughout the case to ensure we continued to be on the same page. When we got closer to our trial date, both Kaylun and Brittney did an amazing job keeping me informed and making sure I was prepared for anything that was to come. They checked up on me before and after my travel to Florida and were ready and on time and sooooo organized for the trial. They had binders all fully labeled and organized with each piece of evidence we had to show. Another in their office, Kallena Mundy, was always great at letting me know when my payments were due and quick to offer assistance where she could and options. Kallena also took time out of her day to show up just to support me at my trial because I was unable to have any of my family there that day. When the trial got extended, Kaylun and his team fought for me to not have to travel back to Florida and be able to complete my trial over zoom. They also kept me up to date leading up to it as we did not have a set date right after our first trial hearing. Kaylun and Brittney were great at keeping me calm throughout this trial when I was stressed or worried, they were honest with me and gave great advice but still listened to my main concerns and understood where I would not be able to give in my case and where I could give more. Custody cases are never easy, for any parties involved, but this team is the only team I would ever work with or recommend to any others that need assistance with custody or divorce or anything. They are great people and will fight for you because they know and understand how difficult this process can be for families. In my case, they always made sure to focus on my child and make sure that everything I was saying and doing was for the benefit of my child. I appreciate all of the hard work they did for me and I am grateful that I got the outcome that I wanted! However, even if it didn't go my way, I would still 100% recommend this team to anyone out there that needs help.

Highly recommend using Mr. Kaylun Bryant and Brittany B.
