Truly believe this firm could use better communication skills for the amount of money you pay. There was also a high rate of paralegal turnover which I think led to miscommunications. I think without this miscommunication I could have been represented to a much higher standard and the outcome could have improved.
Edit: I do thank them for their candid response and it seems like based on their more recent reviews that they have improved with their new attorneys/paralegals.
