Mr. Wayne is a true professional. I had some questions regarding an accident and he was calm, patient, collective, and responsive to all my questions. One of the top qualities that I was pleasured to receive from professional customer service from Andrea Santacruz. Not only is she knowledgeable and guided me through all my inquiries, she demonstrated the importance I was to her as a customer. She was attentive at all times and managed to find solutions for my all questions. Additionally, the ability to communicate with her in Spanish was a plus as English is my second language.
