NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY CASE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT NOTIFY YOU OF YOUR COURT DATES. WHICH LED TO A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE .THEN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY THEY CHARGE YOU $1000 DOLLARS JUST TO GET YOU FILE BACK. WHICH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU. IVE PAID THEM LOTS OF MONEY ALL THEY WANT IS MORE MONEY . AGAIN THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. MY CASE ONLY GOT WORSE BY USING THEM ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ! There are the worst people on this planet save yourself some time and money and do not use these people they have robbed me blind they are full of lies fake promises and expensive pep talks

My husband was extremely satisfied with the job this office did. He has had ongoing issues with child support and his ex-wife for 16 years. Thanks to Kevin Gallagher and his team my husband results were exceeded far above his expectations .

THIS GUY IS UTTERLY TERRIBLE the absolute worst. took $2500 of money I don't have... shows up to court TOTALLY unprepared. didn't even know how long our hearing was - he INSISTED it was 15 minutes long, when it was actually 1.5 hours. That shows you how incredibly unprepared he was. Even if he had done any preparation at all (which he didn't), he would have done only 15 minutes worth of prep. He also came to the hearing thinking he was only defending against my ex's motion. When I also had a motion on the table he was to prosecute. how is it even POSSIBLE he missed that ENTIRE part of the case?! did not submit my evidence in time, so I wasn't able to even have evidence at my hearing. let that sink in for a minute... It's not just that i couldn't have evidence heard to support my case against my ex... but I couldn't submit evidence to defend against her claims against me. the entire experience was absolutely terrible, from the moment I arrived until the day I had to terminate him in court , in front of the judge, because he was so incredibly incompetent. if you're thinking about hiring this amateur, do yourself a favor and call someone else.

If you are 100% sure that you will win your case. You can pay your money and he will back you up. Put dont depend on this firm to fight for you because they will just take your money and make you fight for yourself then they would just sit there careless of your well-being. They aren't aggressive and they fear aggressive attorneys that their faced against. Like i said. They are like public defenders. Instead of giving me small advice on my case. They made me feel uncomfortable and basically altered me to fight my case without them after receiving my money.

I found Attorney Kenneth Gallagher and staff to be very helpful and very interested in my needs. He was very much in tune to how I wanted to pursue being the best father I could be and how to be the best coparent. He was my second attorney that worked on my case and my previous attorney wasn't able to deliver the results I needed. He is very thorough and truly cares. I am ver satisfied with the service I received and felt fulfilled in what he and his staff of professionals were able to help me through this difficult time.

This attorneys office are a bunch of thieves. All they want is money. They are not professional at all and very rude. We tried to resolve a matter with them and got hung up twice, now how professional is that.... If you are looking for an attorney look somewhere else because all they will do is take your money, If you are not paying attention to everything they charge. Since we were always attentive to the invoices and disputed everything we thought was not supposed to be there we would have way over paid, and they didn't like that. The attorneys secretary Wade is as rude as they come, and kamy is as well. Again if you need an attorney don't get this office, because you will end up losing your money.

I hired Roberto Vazquez to represent my family in a landlord-tenant matter. His legal advice is always well considered. Even though our case did not turn out the way we had hoped, (the tenant declared bankruptcy before we could collect a judgment) I appreciate that Roberto handled our case with complete professionalism, attention to detail, and flawless communication. I will definitely hire him again if and when I need an attorney in Florida.

I told him exactly what I wanted. He let me know what the reality of what I could and couldn't achieve. At the end he was 100% correct. I had an exceptionally difficult case. Ken still filed motion after after to expedite the process so I could see my daughter. The attempts were unsuccessful in no way do Ken's effort. Extremely happy with my results. I have the time I need with my daughter and the respect I deserve from her mother. Ken isn't a big talker but when he speaks, his words are succinct, profound, and people listen.
