Jeremiah saved my life, relationship and my career I am beyond greatful for his hard work and him never giving up on my situation hes is persistent, honest very loyal, he keeps his word and never breaks it. From the beginning Jeremiah seemed to be a nice guy & a pretty good defense lawyer. But it quickly changed after less than 3 months and after paying $7500 in BEFORE getting me anything I asked for. He showed a STRONG lack of interest & attention in what i had to say or asked him to do for me while i was incarcerated. He ALWAYS left me feeling like he didnt care about helping me or my case. His attitude when we talked was always shakey / on edge of snapping & anytime i met with him for attorney visits about the case, he never even had a Folder or any paperwork with my name on it or any case files to show me. Literally, his yellow notepad he brought with him was FULL of empty pages and boredom scribble drawings. Tried to tell me i owed him money when i NEVER missed a payment or made him wait for any money. Lets not forget i paid $7500 to him in LESS than 3 months WITHOUT getting a deal or helping me understand my situation or helping me from going to prison ***After i RESPECTFULLY complained to him about these things in our last face to face meeting (told him “no disrespect, but i have to mention something thats been bothering me”) Jeremiah himself literally stood up & cursed me out by saying “ F You, you dont tell me how to do my job, you got me coming to this sh*t hole place, you got arrested ,not me & more” ***His words of apology moments after his temper tantrum were that he is “dealing with a-lot & he is stressed out because it’s a lot going on in his life” He was pushing me to take a deal that ONLY HE thought was good (prison time) and even told me i would not get a third offer / better deal on my case. ***I took Jeremiah off my case and hired a new lawyer in October 2019.....MY NEW LAWYER PUT ME ON A PAYMENT PLAN TO WORK WITH MY SITUATION, GOT ME A THIRD OFFER FROM THE STATE ATTORNEY , SUCCESSFULLY GOT MY CHARGE DROPPED AND KEPT ME OUT OF PRISON!!! THEY EVEN GOT ME OUT OF JAIL AFTER LESS THAN 2 MONTHS WORKING WITH THEM!!! Jeremiah has a bad attitude & is short tempered. Seems to be nice but my advice is .....dont catch him when he is “dealing with alot” I never disrespected him with words while incarcerated or as a free man and i was always professional when speaking to him through the entire ordeal.

The best attorney ever if I can give him 100 stars wouldn’t be enough , nothing but huge respect for him I strongly advise anyone to hire him trust me u will not gonna regret it , am so thankful for you mr Jeremiah.

TOP NOTCH! Mr. Allen was more than I could've ever asked for from the first phone call to the last court appearance. I was in need of an attorney who could represent me in 2 counties, not completely drain the bank, treat me with respect, and actually listen to me. He did all that and more. Mr. Allen was accommodating not to mention patient. I more than appreciate his diligence in staying in contact with me, as I lacked in communication. His expierence and professional demeanor certainly need to be recognized and praised. Mr. Allen was able to successfully help me retain my license, with no points, and no jail time. I had 5 driving while license suspended, no insurance, and expired tags. I, as I said, have no points and was able to keep license. I never hired a lawyer before, until I contacted attorney Jerimiah D. Allen. I had possession of fentanyl, and possession of firearm in commission of felony. (May I remind you this was not the first time I had been arrested.) I called him two days after I got out of jail. He setup a reasonable payment plan I could afford. Two months later my charges were thrown out. I dont know many attorneys who would fight for a case like Jerimiah. Anytime I needed to speak to someone, he was there. He contacted me once a week to update me on my case. And he assured me he will do everything in his power to fight my case. And he did! He got my two felony charges dismissed.
