I reached out to this office over a month ago, I filled out a form they wanted of my situation on 9/4/2024 and it was a back and forth with the assistant saying the attorney was going to reach out to me and this never happened.. I was patiently waiting and waiting weeks passed by and I still was not hearing from no one until she would see an email from me then she would reach out and tell me the attorney is going to call you (which never happened) and stated that she would reply to my email… last thing I heard 2 weeks ago from the assistant was that the attorney was already reviewing my situation and I should get a call from him soon, she was going to ask the attorney a question and call me back with an answer and that never happened, so I went back on the waiting game.. on 10/21 I finally receive an email from them stating they are unable to assist me.. I’m beyond upset because I’ve been waiting for over a month now just for them to tell me they can’t even assist me, I wish someone would of reached out sooner so that I could of just started looking for another attorney that can help.. this was such a waste of time and was very unprofessional..

I've never had a situation arise where I needed a lawyer, but, at the end of 2023 that changed. I reached out to Landers & Sternberg (by way of strong recommendations in the Orlando area from other friends), still a bit hesitant because again, I've never needed legal representation and I kept second guessing myself. But once I gave my statement to Parker & further explained the situation, he ensured me that I HAD been wronged and made me feel strong in both my self and my decision. There was no need for any escalation or court hearings, as Landers & Sternberg presented the facts and did not budge-at all. Things got down to, minutes before I was to sign an agreement or receive no settlement, AND STILL, we didn't waiver. I was so confident in my legal representation, that I was willing to get nothing for the sake of principal and not budging on our stated facts. And wouldn't you know....A MINUTE before the deadline for me to sign an agreement/settlement offer that was essentially a slap in the face, we were emailed another agreement offer & we got what was deserved!! I will never forget how empowering & strong in my voice this made me feel. THANK YOU Landers & Sternberg for fighting for others!!

I had a landlord from years ago that evicted me and later accelerated my rent and was suing me for an insane amount of money. Joseph took care of it, helped me out every single step of the way, and he got it dismissed. I’m telling you, if you’re going through something similar, this guy is the man to call. I hope I never ever have an issue like this but, if I ever did I’m definitely calling this guy.

I had the privilege of being represented by Mr. Sternberg in a class action lawsuit as the class representative, where we challenged a landlord's unethical practices of unfairly taking money from tenants. Fantastic. I spoke with 5-6 attorneys about a real estate issue I was having. Joseph was by far the most impressive. He already knew the FL statute off the top of his head, but gave me a link and walked me through it, just so that I was on the same page. Also, he corrected inaccurate statements that the other consulting attorneys told me, twice. He showed me the exact locations in the law where they were wrong. He walked me through the entire process, so that nothing was a mystery. There were no surprises because he told me everything that was going to happen. Would recommend.

It feels good to know that tenants are not helpless, I never expected to run across such great attorneys that aren’t looking for a lump sum of money from everyday people & not to mention our case was a success. I recommend them to anyone seeking legal help.
