I am so satisfied of the service and professionalism of Frank and his team. They are outstanding and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for an Attorney that deals with compensation and that is willing to go to WORK for YOU!!!!!! I have never had to pursue any kind of Attorney for compensation in my lifetime until most recent. I semi researched the matter and Mr. Eidson's name popped up and without further choice I in fact choose to call and I spoke with Frank directly. I stated facts and he said sounds like a good case and he and his team did the rest. Gave me a time frame and it went accordingly. A1service!!!!! Thanks Frank

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended and injured in a car accident last spring. I started out trying to resolve my injury claim with a ‘big box’ attorney but ultimately I just felt like a number to them which left me feeling even more overwhelmed with the complicated process of paperwork and doctor appointments. Thankfully, I was referred to Frank and his team and making that switch to resolve my case was the best decision I could’ve made. Denise and Frank did an amazing job fighting for me and helping me close my case with a positive outcome. Most importantly they made me feel like a person who mattered from the first conversation I had with them. My only regret is that I didn’t start my case with them from the start. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called looking for general advise regarding WC, and as many law firms they offers only attention to cases of accidents/victims. Hard to find an attorney for what I was looking for in the area. Attendant/recepcionist was very polite and professional.

I was referred to Frank Eidson as unfortunately, I had been injured at work, and the Worker’s Comp. system was definitely not what I expected. Unfortunately, the monthly payout was far less than what I actually make and I was maxed out. I ended up having to have surgery and forced to have surgery by my doctor who advised this is what was needed, which ended up not being successful. Of course my doctor, Dr. Halperin, had a vested interest in the surgery center, funny how that works out. The entire Worker’s Comp. process was slow and I ended up handling most of the issues myself. Thankfully, Frank was able to step in and help me get things resolved. Frank and his staff, especially Billye, help me through this process. Frank took his time and explained next steps and all details very thoroughly. He is also honest, which is the most important thing and gave me honest advice! This was my first time hiring an attorney, and the settlement was far less than I expected and I’m definitely not whole, but unfortunately, the system is flawed and Frank did everything that he could and even reduced his fee to help get some money back in my pocket. This process has definitely been a lesson learned, but I am extremely thankful for Frank and his staff. If it wasn’t for them, I would’ve been forced to accept a measly settlement. The settlement should’ve been triple what I was paid, but that’s on the Worker’s Comp. system, so Frank fought and got me the absolute best based off how my doctor essentially screwed me saying that I have reached maximum capacity yet the surgery wasn’t successful, and gave no next steps as to treatments. I highly recommend Frank and his staff to assist if you’ve ever been injured and you’re trying to deal with the workers comp system - Don’t be like me and try to handle it on your own at first, it will not end well! You need to call Frank and his team to help!

Everyone in Frank's office is friendly and extremely helpful! They aren't like other lawyers, they call you back quickly and actually care about you and your problems! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This firm is excellent! Frank, Billye and Jennifer are professional and on point with anything Workers Comp. I spoke with Frank several times before signing up for them to represent me. Once I signed up they handled everything in my case from payments to fighting for my meds in a timely fashion and everything in-between.
