Avita represented me when she worked for another Law Office. She advised me not to have surgery until after she had sent a demand letter or I would not receive financial compensation. I took her advice. My condition deteriorated. She then left the firm. My new attorney stated Avita's advice was incorrect & advised me to have my surgery asap. I did. I am now waiting on my compensation. In my opinion Avita's advice caused me to live with excruciating pain for 18 months unnecessarily. I would advise taking your time when choosing an attorney. There are many, many more EXPERIENCED lawyers in Orlando.
