Just did Zoom meeting with Tracy Zanco to setup our will, power of attorney, health care etc She was very patient with our questions and very thorough at explaining our options. Process just started but me and my wife very happy so far.

The entire office staff is friendly and responsive, except one thing that rubbed me the wrong way after spending 3K and having so much difficulty with getting an ID, you would have thought let me go above and beyond for this client. When I asked for 2 more copies of our estate planning docs, we were told you normally get 1 copy and a thumb drive, which is exactly what we got. Never offered to do it for an upcharge. How hard would it be to hit 3 on the copier instead of 1. The attorney was very knowledgeable, but very direct. That's his personality and something I had to get use to. At the end of the day, my elderly mom and I (her son) have peace of mind she is taken care of.

We met with Christian Fahrig and he was awesome. Not one for small talk and that was fine. He explained everything so clearly to us and helped us make a decision on what steps to take moving forward. He was great to deal with!
