Ms. Kirson made a wonderful and excellent presentation about FL Medicaid and how to protect your assets, at the Marks St. Senior Center. That was what encouraged me to set an appointment with one of her firm's lawyers. The staff was courteous and friendly. I met one of the lawyers for a consultation for $300 fee. I answered all the questions on the law firm's questionnaire and indicated my objective was to understand FL Medicaid and the asset protection strategy. Our meeting focused more on the revision and updating of my will. It was really my intent to have my will redone but wanted to find out if I could be eligible for Fl Medicaid program and the strategies thereof, including Asset Protection. The lawyer did take time in reviewing my situation but never walked me through answers to my main objective for consulting with them. Instead of answering my question, she stated that it will be our next step after my will is redone. .

Christian prepared our will and trust documents. He was professional, thorough, and easily accessible. He always answered our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We had a deadline due to international travel and he met it with no hesitation. All the staff we interacted with was professional and pleasant.
