Mr. Jenkins had an advertisement on the radio about a month ago for people who were looking to have criminal charges expunged from their record. I immediately sent him an email with a family member's information and in no time at all, contact was made, legal documents drawn up and the expungement process initiated. Her only out of pocket was the $75 filing fee! In other words, Jerry took time out of his busy life to help my family member and probably many other people clear their name on a probono basis. Just weeks later, a good friend of mine randomly asked me if I knew anything about the expungement process. Conveniently, I had saved Jerry's contact information so I sent him her information even though this "expungement day" was last month. Jerry still said would reach out to her.
