We hired Michael Lafay to represent my boyfriend for his last case. Having always dealt with public defenders i can tell you, Mr. Lafay is a very experienced and knowledgeable attorney. He is well respected by district attorneys across the state of florida and well known among judges as a high power attorney. He worked very diligently on my boyfriends case, did all investigations he needed, and kept us in the loop throughout entire process. From the moment I spoke to him when my boyfriend was arrested, Mr. Lafay made me feel like he was on our side. He had a bondsman at the jail before my boyfriend even made it to the jail. If you want a "pit-bull" of an attorney who will put pressure on the "other side" throughout your case.... Michael Lafay is the attorney you want!
