We were searching for an immigration lawyer and had had some bad experiences BUT found Mr. Rishi Oza through an online search and took a leap of faith in hiring him...(we did not trust an internet search). But we were NOT let down. He was amazing from the first phone call - honest, helpful, positive, confident in his knowledge and supportive. He was always right back to us when we had any little or big question and never got frustrated with us or the process. His team was also amazing to work with - all so lovely and helpful and again just so honest! He gave us real expectations to work with and after a very long process succeeded in getting our permanent immigrant visas approved. We would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a honest, helpful, realistic, personable lawyer and law firm.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Erin Brown regarding my wife's immigration from Vietnam. We found Erin and her firm to be professional, caring and knowledgeable. They made the confusing process simple and understandable and the fee was very reasonable. It was always obvious that she really cared about us and our success in the process. We highly recommend her :)

See follow up to this review below: This was by far the worst experience I've had with a title company. Our contact, Liz, Was extremely poor at communicating with my buyer, the lender, as well as myself the realestate agent. Multiple E mails and multiple phone calls not returned. The listing agent who was also the seller had to intervene to help get answers. This is not how the relationship is supposed to be between the title company, the buyer, the lender, and the agent. At the closing table we had a mobile closer who was very friendly and tried to make the process go as smoothly as possible however we were still at the location for over 2 hours. My clients had 5 small children who did remarkably well for having to sit in a hot conference Room for that length of time. As a follow up I was contacted by the VP of the company to discuss went wrong in this transaction. This shows there willingness to make things right and to listen to their clients. I feel comfortable that procedures will be implemented to avoid this type of situation from happening again. I modified my review based on the follow up.

What a GREAT organization! Barry Miller and his team pay for television advertisements for the properties that I list. He can do it for you too. As a realtor, these TV spots are absolutely invaluable to marketing my listings. I certainly could not afford this. Barry doesn't require that you use The Closing Agent for your transactions in return for the free advertising - BUT - Why wouldn't you? Thanks Barry for the support. I appreciate it.

Do NOT use this attorney he is the biggest crook, paid over $4000 to close on three houses in Florida which I did not need in the state of Florida but I wanted to be safe. Two years later I have problems with one of them which he did no do the research he was supposed to do, I called him spoke for 7 minutes I get a invoice for $332.50 to clear up his mistakes shame on you. Filling complained with the Florida Attorney Board.

In my years of Real Estate I have experience the good the bad and the ugly, and I must say that Becky has gone and always goes the extra mile to make our closings go as smooth as possible.
