Amazing! I live overseas and the team made it so easy for me. Pam was so easy to work with and handled every issue I had with professionalism and with actual solutions. What a great company.

They do not answer emails or return calls within a timely manner. I was under contract to buy a new construction property and this office was the closing agent for the seller as well as the lawyer for the seller. The seller more than two years after the contract was signed has still not completed (and has barely started) the construction. The seller used these lawyers to write up a contract to cancel the original purchase agreement. My money was supposed to be refunded within 90 days. I keep following up about the estimated date of arrival and they are telling me that the money will be paid more than 90 days past execution of contract. It is a breach of contract and they are not responding to my emails nor calls. I would avoid at all costs unless you don’t care about wasting time and money.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with attorney Kelly Urbano and Senior Case Manager Olga Nieves. My case was a very difficult one that took almost 3 years to rectify but in the end I was able to obtain my green card through USCIS. Attorney Kelly worked diligently on my case and represented me perfectly in our interviews with USCIS and Olga consistently followed up on my behalf with USCIS as the months turned to years, and came up with really impactful ideas that I am sure made the difference including reaching out to my representative for some assistance as my case continued to be delayed. I am truly happy as my case could have gone either way and I will definitely be looking to work with this firm in the future when I am able to seek naturalization.
