I have had the privilege of working with Rick Smith on many occasions over the past two decades, representing me personally as well as companies for which I have worked. He is everything you would hope for in an advocate. From employment matters to big truck accident cases and beyond, his professionalism and acumen have always shined and produced positive results. From simply offering excellent advice through consultations to successful mediations to amazing trial work, I have never had a negative experience with Mr. Smith as counsel. We are extremely lucky to have been represented by NeJame Law's Rosa Melia-Acevedo and Maria Marques. Professionalism, dedication, patience and honesty from beginning to end. NeJame Law helped my husband receive his US Immigrant Visa; and we cannot thank them enough. All I can say is I have retained Michael LaFay twice for a friend. All the results were as we spoke about. Mr. LaFay is very professional and knows Florida law very well. Thru Mr. LaFay knowledge of the cases we were involved with he was able to get his client very favorable results.
