Mike's legal assistant Michelle is the most qualified individual to handle any issues or worries. She is fantastic; I adore her personality and the service she offered.

Mike and his staff went above and beyond for me. Got me more than 50% and as there for me every step of the way. He answered any and all questions I had about everything that was going on. He is funny and friendly and looks out for your best interests! Not that I plan to need him again but I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone. Well worth the money spent!

I hired Mack originally because after talking to a few lawyers his fees were very reasonable compared to some of the other lawyers. The case was going to be a simple uncontested change of custodial parent from the child's mother to my custody. Everything went smoothly and the court order was obtained. This is where I was very impressed by Mack's firm. The Florida AG office started reporting me as late in my payments to credit agencies, kept charging me child support payments, threatened to take away my professional license to work and would not return the overpayments I had made for child support even though I had a court order stating I was the custodial parent. I made multiple calls to the AG office and sat on hold for hours trying to get this issue straightened out, with no luck. I called Mack’s office and they got all the issues with the Florida AG offices resolved. They did this at no charge to me, even though I know they spent a significant amount of time dealing with the AG office. I highly recommend Mack!

Mack went above and beyond. He handled my case with grace ensured that I was not going to be railroaded, but took time to not only explain everything but provided different options and possibly outcomes to finish out my case. He was referred to me by another client and friend that had used him and he told me Mack was the truth and now I can whole heartedly say that statement was an understatement. Not only did he stay with me for the entirety of the case but he stayed on the opposing Council as they were dragging the case out longer than it needed to be. Mike Mack has been an absolute God-send to our family. He does not tolerate bullying behavior, and fiercely stands against it in the most graceful way. What has impressed me the most is his ability to be steadfast in forward progress without compromising his dignity.
