I appreciate the legal advice I received. I feel that without knowing that this has already been an option that was tried, would be the perfect response for this situation. And it was something I had tried approx. 5-6 yrs. ago with horrendous results, turning what started as a simple contractual disagreement, property damage, items thrown at me, dispute into what they called a "training session" on what "harassment", "terroristic threatening" and how "useless a TRO" was/were on a daily basis, and is still ongoing - though now just verbal threats/commentary. Which I realize I must not have specified when I first submitted my question, and have since corrected. Along with another question in regards to other issues that have cropped up due to this situation. (I have tried most of the normal venues, but was hoping for a last resort legal agency or such that could be contacted at this point.)
