Prompt and friendly

It seems they only want easy cases if there is a lil extra work they turn it down. Don't waste your time 2 calls for accidents and no as an answer maybe the insurance policies weren't high enough on the coverage who knows.

We have been working with Bogins Munns and Munns for the last year or so. We are very pleased with the progress of our case. Tanya, our paralegal, is resourceful and a diligent pursuer! She returns calls, spends time explaining, and is extremely patient in her explanation of where we are in our case. Thank you for having such a wonderful representative in your firm!

Please do not waste your time. I am extremely disappointed with my wife's experience with this company. Her case manager has been switched multiple times, and she was never informed; my wife and I had to reach out multiple times. Eventually, they assigned her to Olga Torres, whom we have had to email and call multiple times without receiving any response or answers. Her case has been ongoing for nearly a year, with no progress. They tried to make my insurance company pay for the damages to my vehicle when we were not at fault. My insurance company ended up dropping me, and I was stuck without insurance, looking for another company. They are very unprofessional, and they have their priorities all mixed up do yourself the favor and save yourself from another headache

Whatever you do, don’t use this form and definitely do not work with case manager Olga Torres and attorney Travis Mcmillin. Olga is completely incompetent and will not follow up with you or even do due diligence in a case when it’s part of her job. She also will keep telling you she’s on vacation and will not respond to emails or phone calls and Travis won’t do anything about it either. You’d be better off going to another firm than wasting time and money dealing with this one and Olga Torres who’s over emotional, can’t respond to anything, will lie over and over about when she’s going to do something, will not look into issues before allocating funds that aren’t even supposed to be allocated. Travis is no better and they’ll both take months to get something simple done when you can do the same thing in less than 20 mins and send them an email with the same information. If you call the office to speak to someone else, all they’ll do is keep transferring you to Travis and Olga, even when you explicitly ask them not to and when you ask to speak to a director, they’ll lie and say they give you call, but they never will.

Jackie Laverne, Esq. and Renee Lee, paralegal have made everything easy and smooth in our case. Simplified the whole process.They helped to get things back on track financially for us senior citizens.

Frauds, just out for profit. Will lie to you and not take your case seriously. Didn't even present evidence to judge in my case, or say more than 10 words in my defense, despite promising me they had a "scorch the earth defense". Your rights, life and money deserves better. Do yourself a favor a choose any other option for an attorney!!!!

Had the pleasure of working with Travis and Nancy they were fantastic and super professional when taking me through my car accident case. Money was definitely made.

William J. Wieland is such a great attorney. He took on my grandmother’s case pro bono and treated her case as would any attorney getting highly paid. He was always present to answer our questions and was also there to ease any of our anxieties.
