I recently got hit by the car. Since I am new in this country I didn't know ANYTHING about how health or insurance system works here. Lucky for me I was working with Jon Dulaney from Bogin Munns & Munns. He helped me with every step of my case and even more! Since I was a student and was going through treatment I didn't have time to deal with insurance companies and police paperwork. Jon Dulaney called with EVERY up to dates details about my case. They are not just a good company they are family and treat their clients like one of it.

I highly recommend Joseph Taormina
I live in Utah and had someone in Florida file a frivolous lawsuit against me. It is extremely stressful dealing with something like this long distance. Joseph kept me very well informed, and resolved it for me.

As a contracted freelancer, a client decided that they didn't feel like paying for the work that was completed, received, signed off on and published.
I called BMM and met with Stephanie Boomershine. She represented me in the case. The client spent a few weeks "playing hard ball" which proved to be very costly for the client. They ended up paying all that was owed, plus some extra for the inconvenience of their "hardball" sessions.

After I paid them:
1. They never sent the contract to be signed.
2. They never did anything to my case; I have no idea what had happened.
3. They rarely answered my phone calls and never answered my e-mails.
4. The lawyer that was representing me left the company and no one knew it.
5. I had to file motions to the court by myself as I had no lawyer.
In conclusion, the Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A was a big disappointment for me and if don't want to lose your time, your case and your money; avoid them.

I had a great experience with Bogin, Munns & Mines! I was looking for a lawyer, and honestly didn't know who to choose. My 6 year old loved the name, and the way it sounded so I gave them a call.
