The very first thing that stood out to me and made an unbelievable first impression was that when I called Mr. Hyman's office; he was the person who picked up the phone and took time to speak to me and give me advice that would have been greatly appreciated even if I decided to go elsewhere with my case. With Mr. Hyman, he is able to work for you the way I would've for my own family. He was very attentive and straight forward with his opinion of what he could that would get me the best possible outcome; and boy did he do much more than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend Mr. Seth Hyman for many reasons; most of all, he truly does work hard for his clients because he was a long term prosecutor and has the ability to see what is wrong in the justice system and is in the position to make sure that his clients aren't just a "favor" to make up for a prosecutor who is in a "scratch my back and I will scratch yours" situation. Seth is the only defense attorney whom I would ever recommend to a friend or family and I suggest you do the same.

I've unfortunately had many encounters with many different attorneys in all divisions of the legal system. With that being said Seth is by far been the most attentive, knowledgeable and responsive attorney I've ever dealt with. Starting with the fact that he answers his own phone. If unavailable at the moment he is quick to respond back. He is honest to an incredibly rare degree for the times and goes above and beyond the call of duty. His fees are fair as are his tactics. I'm extremely impressed with him at every level and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to all, as well as use him again in the future. This is one exceptional lawyer! We live in a different state and needed a lawyer to represent us so that we didn't have to go to Florida for our case. Our case was complicated and required a fast acting attorney. His communication with his clients is so above and beyond that this lawyer was calling me before I could follow up with him! Seth Hyman is nothing short of amazing. He is a good and empathetic listener and was able to get a criminal traffic charge reduced to fines and an online class. He was accessible whenever I needed and answered his own phone! He explained things to me clearly and laid out all options. He was nice, but firm My husband ( a retired criminal defense attorney from another state) found him online based on his breadth of experience, contacted him and realized he had the experience and contacts needed to help. Boy was my husband right. Criminal defense is time consuming, complicated and doesn’t always make sense. Seth Hyman is perfect. My biggest regret is that we worked on the phone, and I never got to meet him in person!
