Mr Caplan handled my bankruptcy a few years back. Vonya was excellent with getting me prepared for the paperwork and costs . I recently needed to obtain "my entire bankruptcy file" from a few years back. I am buying a house and the mortgage lender wanted the entire file. I called the office the same day, and Kristy was able to send me my complete file via email. No hassles, no fees, this made my life easier. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I was apprehensive about the whole bankruptcy process. I was scared to be judged or told I wouldn't be able to. Stephen immediately put me at ease and explained things in a way I could relate to. As bad as bankruptcy is Vonya made things as good as one could imagine. At the end the IRS screwed up with our account, Vonya worked with the IRS, the court appointed lady to straighten out everything. Actually got us a larger refund then we were expecting after the bankruptcy was distarge
