This office is amazing and I wouldn't imagine going with anyone else. From day 1 they have taken care of me like I was family with updates as requested, and kept me informed the entire way of the process and what will happen next. I have referred my personal family and friends to them because of how they treat their clientele. Granted it is a small office, it is more personal because they care, and files do not get lost through the hands of a lot of staff or become a number like at other attorney offices. I always feel welcome whenever I come to the office and everyone says hello. Todd doesn't ask for money unless your case wins! Did I mention the paralegal is A+++ and will keep you informed of EVERY STEP, and I will tell you mutual respect goes a long way in a business relationship!

I hired Todd Copeland and Associates as my injury accident lawyer for my accident. Almost a year later, and I cannot see much progress. I was told that I would not receive much compensation from the insurance company unless I had surgery, and surgery was not an option I wished to pursue. Communication was not very good. The paralegal was good, and I actually spoke with Mr. Copeland on the phone two times. I never met him in person. I spent the last two months he was my lawyer just trying to get some answers to my questions. Since there was no communication from the lawyer within that time, I became frustrated and deduced that the firm was not interested in helping me, so I ended the contract with them.

Todd represented me for my first car accident ever. I was very happy with the great service I received from Todd and his staff. I had great communication with my paralegal, as she was available 24/7. Mr. Copeland was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my case. I would highly recommend this law firm to all my family and friends!

I have had 2 cases with todd copeland...i recommend these guys 100%..Rallda (paralegal for todd)...there is no other like her...what lawyer do you know that you can contact after hours, weekends, and even holidays...yeap, rallda will answer her phone no matter what time of the day!! Todd Copeland and staff are the best in orlando for auto accidents...friendly staff, no worries or fuss!! Call them if you have been in an auto accident...i did...and i have no regrets about it!! Hiring Todd Copeland & Associates for my car accident was a HUGE relief, the pain from the accident, loss of work time, & unexpected out of pocket expenses were making my life miserable. I heard of Todd Copeland & Associates through a friend of mine which she was very satisfied with his legal services, so i decided to give it a try. I felt comfortable and at ease right away, he was able to answer my concerns and questions without rushing my conversation or sugar coating anything. I knew right then that I was making the right decision by calling Copeland & Associates for my legal services . His staff were wonderful and willing to go the extra mile for me , especially my paralegal, Rallda, always answered my calls promptly even after working hours . In overall I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of case and i highly recommend Todd Copeland & Associates to all my friends and family .

I can't stress how much I would (and have) recommend hiring Todd Copeland & Associates for legal needs relating to a car accident. A few years ago I was in a particularly horrible accident and afterwards searched for a lawyer. Most of them just wanted me to settle on a small sum as quickly as possible. In fact, most said I would never be able to get enough from the insurance company to cover my out of work and hospital expenses. Then I found Todd Copeland & Associates. From the start they were kind, considerate, helpful and most importantly UP FRONT. They informed me of my rights in the case, what I was owed and what I could get covered. They helped me find a private doctor to review my injuries and they made sure I was updated with every aspect of the case. The paralegal that handled my case (her name was Rallda) was particularly helpful and pleasant to work with. She really made me feel like they cared about me and my case while also assuring me they were doing the best they job possible. She even called me on the weekends and after hours from her own phone to update me and work on my case. In the end, not only did I get my settlement in half the time other lawyers said it would take; but, I also got enough to cover my accident, bills, lost wages and pain and suffering. While I hope I never have to have another accident, if I do I will certainly be contacting Todd Copeland & Associates again.

I was represented for an auto accident. The staff was very helpful and responsive. These are attorneys were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and always looking out for our best interest. Highly recommend.

Motor Vehicle Accident over two years ago. Very responsive until papers signed. Other drivers Insurance company admitted fault. Should be fairly open/shut. Unable to get response from paralegal working on case. Call every few months and then every day until I get a status report. All I hear is 'The insurance Company is not willing to pay us" We're negotioting with them. I've seen multi-million dollar deals negotioted faster. It's been two years and there is still no communication, no hint of any settlement or response from them. Even without the negotiating, the lack of communication and response is the killer.
