If i could leave more than 5 stars I would. From the moment Billy and Tom took my case it was a great experience. Extremely informative and always keeping you up to date with everything you would desire to know going through a time like this. The whole office was very caring and compassionate. This was a very difficult time in my life….a lot of anxiety, stress,ptsd, and just a roller coaster of emotions, etc. The entire team at Wieland and Delattre helped alleviate a lot of that stress by just simply showing genuine compassion and willingness to want to help someone, which is very hard to find nowadays. The entire process generally speaking was very smooth on my end and not the headache you would expect in a legal battle. Very pleased with the way William Wieland handled my auto accident claim. He was able to obtain benefits immediately upon being retained whereas I kept getting the run around from carrier on my own. He and his office kept me updated on my claim's status. He was able to negotiate a satisfactory settlement, more than I had anticipated. Would recommend him to family and friends.
