I couldn't be more satisfied with the the service I received. Everything that was promised was delivered, and more. My case was dismissed, I saved money, and I didn't have to waste my time with a traffic class. Jeff Lotter and Marissa were attentive and helpful. I hope I won't need to seek this kind of help again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I went to Matt after the first attorney I hired had worked my case for months. The end result was an offer from the state that would cause me to lose my license forever. I talked with Matt and after he reviewed the case he thought there were still arguments to pursue. I took a chance, turned down the offer and hired Matt. He filed many motions and kept at it. In the end, the judge dismissed all charges. Matt knows the DUI laws and I trust he will do everything he can for every client. He was responsive and realistic throughout. He never promised miracles.
