Mr. Olszewski laid out the best and worst case scenarios for my case. He didn’t just BS me like my prior attorney did where I wasted money and things were not going good. The Judge ruled in my favor and I got the best case scenario. I can’t thank Mr. Olszewski enough for his representation that is allowing me to put this mess behind me. I definitely recommend him!!!!

Attorney Matthew Olszewski is a very dedicated and professional attorney. Upon my initial consult he was there to assist me in any way to make it possible to provide representation for the case of my daughter. This was a first for me, I was inexperienced, nervous and uncertain of what to do and what was about to transpire in regards to my daughters case. He was patient and took the time during the free consult to educate me and assure me it would be handled professionally and efficiently. If you you are looking for a DUI Attorney please READ THIS! I had a DUI situation in February 2020! There were a few things that I completely disagreed with as far as why the officer even pulled me over.. I contacted my first attorney, and to make a long story short he sat me down and talked to me for about an hour. My first attorney made me feel comfortable with choosing him, however I had no idea what I was “really” in store for. As we were getting ready for my motion to suppress all of a sudden I had a completely different attorney. Basically there were 3 different attorneys and it seems as one of them is the face of the practice (the attorney I sat down with) and the other two are partners. Well let’s just say the attorney that was appointed to me was not prepared at all! After the motion to suppress hearing, I was basically stuck and the prosecutor would not work a good deal with me. I knew I could do better because the nature of my case.. I fired my first attorney and I started searching heavily on the internet.. I came across THE FL DUI GROUP with Attorney Matt Olszewski. This was one of the best decisions I ever made! Matt is very well respected in this field. Not to mention he has tons of experience with DUI cases! It was just like a Perry Mason episode where I was the defendant. You were brilliant!! From our first meeting I knew I had made the right decision in hiring you as my lawyer. In the court room it was obvious why you won the DUI Gladiator of the Year Award. Your cross of the arresting officer should be taught in law school. You new more about her job as a “DUI Expert” than she did and the jury saw that. What amazed me was how you got her to admit to lying about their case during her testimony. Your passionate closing argument was awesome. Brick by brick you tore the states case apart and made the prosecutors and cops look like idiots. After the trial finished I barely had time to go to the bathroom before the jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. Now that’s what I call lawyering! Thanks for turning an unfair nightmare into a great victory. Feel free to use me as a referral for anybody wondering who they should hire as their lawyer.

Matt not only has passion for his job but also compassion for his clients. Excellent communication skills and the willingness to listen. His knowledge of the law is phenomenal with exceedingly judgment skills and last but not least perseverance. I felt like he was fighting for his life instead of mine. You need the best he’s your guy. I cannot believe or explain what a wonderful lawyer Mr. Matthew Olszewski is. I have been through some horrible times with deaths in my family (immediate family). I was just trying to get through each day. Depression is nothing to turn away from. I thought for sure that I was going to jail for driving on a suspended due to child support. He saved my life. Literally, I don't know what I would have done without him. He's not only a genius, but a good man. He actually cares for his clients and doesn't just want your money.
