Vickie was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. She was quite knowledgeable. She was able to lessen my case to a minimum charge and got my tickets dropped. I am so very thankful for the fact that I was sent to her. Her calm nature helped ease any fears I had. She has told me she will be here for the duration of my probation and that to me is above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Vickie you are amazing!!

She was always on the ball knew answers before court and advised me wisely in all situations. Would recommend her to anyone with criminal legal trouble in search of a fair and wise attorney who will be on the case full time for you. Has also recently helped me down the line after case filing separate motions to give me more freedom and distance from court.

As a grateful and satisfied Client, I want to express my experience with Attorney Benson - Wonderful! I was accused (falsely) of Battery and the accuser had a false witness - a very difficult case to win. Attorney Benson's knowledge and experience prevailed and was able to conclusively win the Case with a NOT Guilty verdict. Vickie and her staff were fantastic making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door
she was able to set up a payment plan other lawyers I asked to do that pretty much hung up on me
she has a lot of contact in the area and was able to get my DUI reduced to reckless thanks so much
I would highly recommend her if you need a DUI lawyer you feel like an actual client-not a number

Vickie is an excellent lawyer. She handled my case with great concern and complete dedication. I had previously hired another lawyer who I fired due to Incompetence. Her and Mitsy (her secretary) are excellent. They will remember you and know who you are as soon as you say your name even if you haven't spoken to them in a few months. They are very experienced and guide you through every detail of each step of the process and make sure that you are taking the best course of action that fits your needs and current situation.
