Tom took my case which was quite a legal struggle from beginning to end. But he stuck with it and ended up with a substantial settlement against overwhelming odds. I would certainly recommend Mr Malone as a worthy and well practiced attorney.

In 2009, my boyfriend was involved in a serious car crash off I4 in Orlando and got hurt pretty bad. His car was totaled and we really didn't know what to do. I saw so many commercials on tv and heard even more on the radio about gettin help. It was so confusing until my best friend referred me to Mr. Malone. He spent almost 2 hours explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. The whole process, all we ever did was call him or go see him when something came up. My boyfriend had to fight to get the right money for his car and Mr. Malone stepped in and helped us get almost a thousand dollars more than what we first got offered. We ended up getting almost $10,000 for the settlement because of my boyfriends injuries. Mr. Malone was real good about negotiatin the left over doctor bills and he didn't nickle and dime us on any extra costs. I was really happy with his service and I will definitely go back to him if i ever crash and will send him my friends too.

Thomas obtained a settlement between myself and the city that was MORE than equitable. He was diligent in his efforts and 'non-stop' until the case was completed.

In june of 2009, I was driving in altamonte springs looking for a place to live for me and my daughters. My license has been suspended for the last five years because of some mistakes I made when I was younger. Because of this, I got an economic hardship license which lets me drive to work, go to church, go to the grocery store, and the doctor. I thought that looking for a place to live was important and that I was ok to drive. I guess the officer that pulled me over ran my tag and found out that I had a hardship license. I was honest with her and told her what I was doing. She was really cold and told me that I violated my hardship license and gave me a ticket for it. She told me that I had to go to court and that I would maybe lose my hardship license. I was really scared because without my license I couldn't go to work or pick up my kids from school. I was told about Mr. Malone by a friend who said he was a good lawyer. He listened to my situation and told me that he would take care of the ticket for me for really cheap. He seemed very sure that he could save my license and calmed me down. When we went to court, Mr. Malone talked to the state lawyer and to the judge and told me that they changed the ticket to something less that would not make me lose my license. I agreed to it and all I had to do was pay 75 dollars. Mr. Malone even asked the judge to give me 2 months to pay the 75 dollars because of my situation. The best part is that I got to keep my license, thanks to Mr. Malone.
