I was hit while at traffic light by a drunk driver, my car was total loss. Never took case to court and nothing happened to the other driver. Only compensation was less than value of my car.

In 2016 my mom was involved in an auto accident just outside of Tampa. Her car was totaled and she suffered some injuries that required ongoing medical appointments. Unfortunately, the insurance companies involved didn’t offer a reasonable settlement or even a settlement that would really take care of any of the problems — this Is when Mr. McBride’s firm became involved. Case intake was awesome and I would have been comfortable with my mom handling it on her own, had I not been involved. The case manager worked to keep things moving and the involved attorneys never acted like we were just another number. The best part was his office actually helped us reach a fair settlement!

Worst experience ever i cant believed how many times Mrs Jamilin Polo lied to me she never call the Hospitals never help they lied to you to keep you happy makes you loose your time for nothing because they really don't touch your documents or call you with an update is a nightmare rude and irresponsable.

This law firm handled my case and it was by far the WORST experience ever. They were constantly losing paper work and expecting you to go get the paperwork. There's a case manager by the name of Denise she has to be the rudest Case Manager I have had to deal with in this law firm. Not only was she rude but she is very unorganized, and not on top of her files. Just glad that my case is done and over with and one thing is for sure I NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

Mr. McBride and his firm handled my 2012 auto accident and it just recently settled. I am very pleased with the legal representation I received. My case manager was usually very responsive and mr. McBride or another attorney would call me back if I had legal questions about my case. Overall, I am very satisfied.
