Highly recommend this office for anybody that's looking for great attorneys

I was referred to this law firm to a friend of mine and I can honestly say I am very pleased and satisfied with the service they are top notch

Opened a case with this firm. After nearly 30 phone calls and no response from them i had to close the case and go with a different firm. They continually ignored me after my car accident and acted like i was not worth their time. They took message after message and never returned my calls. When asked for a case update they gave me a nondescript answer with no information and no timeline. I do not reccomend this firm.

They do their job

Axel Dumas did a superb job getting the most money as quick as possible. His negotiator Jackie is also the best ever. She got my bills reduced to next to nothing so i got the most and she went out of her way to get it done quickly. She truely is a beast who strikes fear into the hearts of my creditors. Keep up the good work. You get nothing but the highest recommendations from me!!!

I've been calling for the last 2 years for updates. Left messages and they have never return my calls. Lucky days when I have reach them. They have change my case manager 3 times without letting me know. I realized the three times because I called asking for my manager and the receptionist told me she was not longer my manager. I wrote emails to 2-3 persons and nothing back. How do you miss an e-mail? Las contact was by the end of July. Called on Oct 11,2018 asking for updates, of course my case manager was not available, Left message and today the 15th, I called again, receptionist ask me to call at 2pm. All this for an update on my almos 2 year case. At 11:40 today, oct 15, 2018 I received a call from them (got so happy when a lady, not my case manager told me the lawyer wanted to talk to me) and they were trying to reach a different customer that has a name thatooks like mine (Not the same one). Once they realize it, put me on hold and in a minute said, and I'm citing: We were trying to reach X person, but we looked at your case and we don't see any updates right now, thank you we talk to you later. Really? After two month after the first view in court, you have no updates for the lerson who hired you?? Never again.... Next step after today will be the bar.

The worst the worst I ever had to deal with in my life. I’ve read some others reviews and wondered where was theses people ( Attorneys) they was talking about. When I had my accident I contacted Pendas Law after four month I contacted the attorney handling my case left messages for a week never got a return phone call. I never knew what my next steps where and the therapist was asking me question I couldn’t answer. After about another 6 months of not hearing anything I tried calling again left messages and still no return call. It got so bad I had to call the bar and report them, then I got a call back. After speaking with the attorney and hearing what he was going to do it again went back to no calls being returned. I I finally told them to just settle my case and even then that didn’t go well. This is one firm I will never use or refer someone too. I didn’t get a dime

The Pendas firm executed my case in a very professional and quick manner with no problems. Aggressive firm they are. I recommend the law firm to anyone seeking help.
