Leticia and Albert were fantastic and helped me get my case settled.

This is a positive review for the Pendas Law Firm. Attorney Albert Yonfa negotiated my case with his best efforts. He communicated with me throughout the process. Lawsuits take time, but when I called the office to let them know I was finished with medical and cleared to return to work, his team started the process. The team communicated and verified my records promptly. I gave them sufficient time, but when I called for an update, they responded with a text to let me know the updates. I was invited to the office twice for a very professional and caring update. Being out of town (residing in Pennsylvania) they gave me appointments and scheduled me when I was in Florida on my schedule needs. Attorney Yonfa spent a lot of time with me including the making of a video to capture my feelings about the case. The signing process for receiving the check was easy enough considering I live in Pa. We used a notary. Leticia Braga has been very helpful throughout the end of this process. She is very sweet, and she has returned both text messages and phone calls with my questions. Stay tuned…… There will be a future review!

Pendas Law Firm has been working on my case for almost 2 years. It may sound like they are doing nothing to some people, but in all that time they have been working diligently through the process of the legal matters that are involved in having a successful settlement for me. I have read some of the reviews and I can say that Pendas Law Firm took my case when two other law firms turned me down. There have been many who have worked for me and at this particular time it is Destiny, my paralegal, who is wrapping matters up for my case to present it for settlement. Thank you to my case managers and paralegals Mariana, Olga, Francesca, Paola, Jennifer, Leticia, and Destiny and my lawyer Albert. Also the receptionist that have answered calls and directed them to someone I could speak to. Or they would personally offer to get a message to one of case managers rather than a voicemail to help me with any questions I had along the way. Sorry if I missed anyone.
