Staff will pick up phone and hang up. Lawyers don't call back even the complaint lady doesn't give a call back. Very unprofessional and I wish I didn't go to them.

This law Firm is very unprofessional my Husband has been asking for a call back for weeks on updates . Not once has any ask how he doing or anything. My husband is the bread winner of our home and been out of work for months and has express to them our finical satiation has been cut drastically because of this accident that was not our fault. Still no response. Then when a supervisor calls she insure she would call back to give us a update on things nothing again. I've been told People are on vacation or in court but you will get a call back . Now we currently go to another attorney to help take over our case because have he had 2 attorneys hade have had 3 to 4 case mangers switch and handling our case this is ridicules

Llevo con mi caso 7 años y siempre me dice mentiras y enganos si te van a llamar ,yo le doy su mensaje ,no se preocupe,muchos engaños.
